Diane White
April 6, 2017
Diane Margaret White (nee Vince)
July 1940 – April 6, 2017
With great sadness we announce the passing of Diane White with her family at her bedside. Diane was pre-deceased by her loving husband Fred White, and parents James and Vera Vince, and sister Sandra Meyer. She is survived by her nieces Pamela Meyer, Miranda Meyer (Paul) and baby Brandon, and brother-in-law Bob Meyer; step children Chris (Joanne), Michelle (Steve), Sharon-Lee (Gary), and Pauline (Ron); 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and many extended family and friends including her “hooking” and quilting friends. A special thanks to the palliative care team from Richmond Hospital and our special “angels”. Born in Winnipeg, she married her sweetheart Frederick, or as she called him “Freddie.” Diane spent her career as a sergeant with the RCAF. Diane will always be remembered for her witty sense of humor, love of travel, and as the on-spot photographer.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Richmond Funeral Home, 8420 Cambie Road, Richmond, BC on Thursday April 13, 2017 at 12:30 p.m.
